Yoga provides kids with a variety of tools that they can take away from class and use throughout their lives. Through basic and challenging yoga poses, partner poses, group poses, and mindfulness activities we promote strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Our students will learn breathing and visualization techniques that teach focus, relaxation and self-control. Students will gain inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem; a feeling of well-being and respect for others; and love of one’s self, inside and out.
