Lifetastic Learning programs are broken up into multiple categories of activities.

STEM & SCIENCE FUN: IGNITING CURIOSITY THROUGH HANDS-ON DISCOVERY.

TECHNOLOGY: BUILDING ESSENTIAL DIGITAL LITERACY AND CODING SKILLS.

  1. LEGO- Build, Code, Create! Unlock your inner engineer! Each week, we dive into a brand-new building theme-from space stations to robotic animas. You’ll learn to build complex LEGO models, bring them to life with real coding, and team up with new friends to solve awesome challenges.

  2. STEM- Ignite your passion for discover! Join a team of young innovators to code robots and conduct amazing science experiments. Every session is a new chance to learn how things work, build something cool, and grow your confidence alongside new friends.

  3. Digital Explorers- Navigating the tech world prepare your child for the future! In this essential course, students become confident technology users. We cover the core foundations-from efficient typing to smart searching-while emphasizing how to use digital media safely and responsibly. It’s about building a “smart” footprint from day one!

ART: ENCOURAGING CREATIVE EXPRESSION AND FINE MOTOR MASTERY.

Clay and Play

Building Skills & Art Shape, mold, and grow! Our Clay & Play sessions are designed to strengthen fine motor coordination through the joy of sculpting. Students learn specific techniques in a guided, step-by-step environment, emphasizing patience and teamwork as they share tools and ideas in a vibrant group setting.

Art Studio

The class introduces students to a variety of art skills, including crafting, painting, and coloring. Art activities help students develop fine motor skills, creativity, and focus. Group art projects may also be included to support social skill development, such as sharing materials, taking turns, and collaborating with peers.

Comic Creation

Every great comic starts with a spark. Students will learn the secrets of storytelling-developing plots, designing heroes, and mastering the art of the “panel.” This course focuses on finding your creative voice and gaining the confidence to present your finished comic book to a community of fellow artists.

Music: Find your voice and move to the Rhythm in a High-Energy Fusion of Song and Dance!

Music:

Dance: This active class focuses on the joy of movement, teaching students how to coordinate their bodies to a variety of musical beats. Through group routines and creative exercise, dances will build rhythm, physical control, and confidence. The collaborative environment encourages students to learn from one another, practice taking turns, and develop spatial awareness while staying active and having fun.

Choir: In this vocal-focused class, students learn to engage with music by singing a diverse repertoire of songs in a group setting. The curriculum emphasizes active listening., basic vocal technique, and the ability to follow a melody and rhythm together. By performing as a choir, student develop their musicality and teamwork, learning how to blend their voices and support one another in a creative, social atmosphere.

Ballet:

In this introductory ballet class, students will develop foundational dance skills and poise within a supportive group environment. The curriculum focuses on mastering basic positions, improving balance, and learning to move in harmony with the beat of the music. Beyond technique, the class emphasizes social growth, as students practice taking turns and collaborating with peers to build confidence and coordination on the dance floor.

Musical Mind:

This class helps students develop social skills through engaging music activities. Students will learn and practice rhythm, listening skills, body coordination, and singing. Through group music-making, students are encouraged to take turns, follow directions and interact positively with peers in a supportive and fun environment.

SPORTS & MOVEMENT: DEVELOPING PHYSICAL CONFIDENCE AND TEAMWORK.

Tennis:

Serve, Volley, Win! Grab your racket and hit the court! Students will master the fundamentals of the game-including forehands, backhands, and the perfect serve. Through friendly matches and drills, players learn the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and staying active with their peers.

Fitness and Movement

This class encourages students to move, play, and build strength through fun activities such as ball games, guided exercises, and daily movement routines. These activities support gross motor development, body coordination, and motor planning. Group games also provide opportunities to practice teamwork, turn-taking, and positive social interactions in a supportive environment.

Fitness and Movement with O.T. (age 4-7)

Youth Fitness with O. T. (age 8-16)

Get moving and get strong! This class combines high-energy fitness with occupational therapy techniques to help students master their bodies. Through obstacle courses, balance challenges, and core-strengthening games, students will improve their coordination, posture, and spatial awareness while cheering on their teammates!

CULINARY ARTS & LIFE SKILLS: BUILDS INDEPENDENCE, SAFETY, AND HEALTHY HABITS FOR EVERYDAY LIFE.

CHEF JR.

In this class, students will learn basic cooking skills such as cutting, measuring, mixing, stirring, pouring, and following simple safety rules. Students will also practice reading and following recipes to support daily living and independence skills. Cooking activities help[ develop fine motor skills, sequencing, attention, and cooperation while working together in a supportive group setting.

SOCIAL SKILLS: FOSTERING MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS AND COMMUNICATION.

Project-Based Learning

The class focuses on building group and collaboration skills through hands-on projects and shared activities. Student will work together to explore a variety of topics, including science sports, art, and social-emotional learning. Through guided group projects, students practice cooperation communication, problem-solving, and learning how to help and support one another in a positive classroom environment.

Social Class

Building confidence through connection Social Skills are the foundation of success! Our age-specific social classes provide a safe, small-group environment where students learn to navigate friendships, express feelings, and collaborate with others.

Our Specialized Groups:

  1. Tiny Tots Connection (Age 3-5): Focus the basics of friendships and sharing toys, taking turns, following simple group directions, and identifying basic emotions through play and song.

  2. Little Biz Buddies (Age 6-8): Focus cooperation & teamwork, working together on “mini-projects,” active listening , learning how to win and lose gracefully, and starting conversations with peers.

  3. Social Sprouts (Age 9-12): Focus communication & problem solving, navigating group dynamics, understanding social cues, conflict resolution, building the self-esteem needed to speak up in a group

  4. Teen Biz (Age 13 and up): Focus social confidence, students master the art of active listening and persuasive communication through interactive group challenges, they also develop high-level conflict resolution and emotional regulation to lead others effectively.
